Hernan Paredes

Hernán Paredes: is an emerging artist in the electronic scene. His beginnings in 1993 took him to interest in the electronic music. Styles like house and techno of that moment marked his musical tendencies.He progressively generated a very particular technique for his live performances. In his ascending career as a DJ he played in many clubs and discos of Argentina. He also took part in some DJ’s competitions, among it can be highlighted the DMC Argentina 2001, where he finished second place making live scratch performances. His professionalism took him to belong to the SONICA staff, the South American most important electronic music school, where he currently holds the position of instructor of DJs.

Hernán Paredes teaches in workshops and conferences periodically, where he exposes contents regarding the DJ world, turntablism, techniques and effects.

The DJ sets of this artist are characterized by being dynamic, with a strong progressive groove. In them, he mixes styles such as progressive-tech, tribal and break beat, accompanied by acapellas, scratchs and effects coming from machines.

As a producer, he leans on generating sounds related to progressive house and tribal, with a deep groove, ideal for the dancefloor.
